Better compliance with EU law reinforces the Single Market

2016-12-13

EU Member States do not always fully comply with the Single Market rules and principles and this creates significant problems for companies and individuals. This lack of compliance undermines the EU's credibility and effectiveness is stated in a new report from the Board of Trade.

The report describes what functions well and  not so well in the current system based on research and analysis of the legal developments. The report is also complemented with an analysis based on the own experiences of the National Board of Trade, whose mission is to promote  a well-functioning Single Market and application of EU law in Sweden.
